I’ve made the decision that I want a pair of clear glasses for when I ski. But I’m not rly sure what would look good so I’ve come here for advise. I really like these that I found on amazon they’re like $15 and pretty clean. Also liked how these look but they turn dark when exposed to sunlight and that’s not what I want.
I’ve never worn anything like this while skiing so basically wondering what you guys think about that style and if you personally use clear glasses then lmk which ones u rep! Thanks. PS Ik it’s 4am I can’t sleep so I’m shopping for glasses and then ended up here.
You gotta have clear glasses on the right day (lowkey kinna overcast). they’re new wave as fuck doe so if you rep em be prepared for the new wave shit to hit your flow

What?? I can't hear you when you're moving so fast!
seriously tho if you ski much at all you 100% want/need some eye protection from the sun. Get the ones that change or at least have something else to wear when it's sunny
There's a guy I know who skis with safety glasses only pretty much. No poles. He rides for Vishnu and is both technically a great skier, and also new wave AF

Max.broKarko? I’ve seen him use construction glasses
Ace, I think he had a few shots in the travelling circus Brighton tube vid. He often skis Snowbird nopoles and puts many of the BIG MOUNTAIN skiers to shame

Okay I think I’m gonna get these. They are very pricey but Oakley makes quality shit and the lenses have uvr and uv protection which will be way better for my eyes. I think I’m gonna order them and then maybe take em for a bike ride or two to see how I like them and then keep em or return them. Edit: also you can buy more lenses and swap them out so I’m not limited to clear

Prolly a better idea. Oakley makes quality stuff that lasts for ever and they have a good warranty
pit vipers make clear shades and that side flap piece blocks a lot of wind.
I personally have burned my eyes from poor protection and literally had to have my eyes open with a wet cloth on them for like a weak. So I think this idea is fucking stupid unless it’s for night riding.

Get some pugs from a gas station these ain’t core enough
A bought a pair of Milwaukee safety glasses and they last me a long time. I shove them in my bag (which I often throw off the chair lift)
And they have never broken like others I've used
