Found an eBay listing for the same watch here. Not much information I could find on it.
But it looks like it could be a rebranding of the Orient SK Diver Retro a reissue of a 1970s watch, or it at least uses the same movement (46943).
The most similar eBay listing I could find was for a 1980s Orient Sea King Diver, the watch you have could also be a modern remake of this watch.
Don't know shit about watches, so do your own research. Just got this from googling.
