Here in Scotland the council uses blue polyethylene for the water works. Little different than the States.

Where in Scotland are you? I was in Stirling for 4 years and the lack of skiing had me noticing things like that.

They use it in the states also just a little unorthodox, still going to bust your balls about it tho lol
