This might be a dumb question lol
Does spinning both ways make you more balanced or something ?
I noticed when I'm throwing right side 3s all day, my right side abs get a workout. I wanna throw them to the left to even it out so I'm not jacked on the right and super weak on the left
Thats the only reason I can think of to learn spinning both ways, like nobody is going to notice that you're spinning unnatural on a jump lol
