Why do ppl keep leaving their boots in parking lots

like how cam u just drive away with your boots sitting there. ive seen three pairs now just lying in the parking lot this season, and of course the only slightly nicer pair someone had already run over

easier than you think man, I left my skis at the mountain for like 20 mins one time this season, also my Mom left her ski boots in the lot once and somebody took them by the time we realized.

Thats light work . I left the hill without my skis this season. I ran those shits over and my high ass figured it was rocks in the p lot, left without them, then didn't realize until i was half way home while checking my rearview to brake check a bitch. Luckily i ride in upstate new york, they were still in the parking lot with my pivot heel pieces all twisted up. No damage at all hahaha.

Not the same, but I drove an hour to a mountain bike trail and forgot my front wheel for my bike leaning against my garage door. I didn’t notice til I got there and unloaded my bike. Was a sad, self-loathing drive back home. Lots of “fucks” were said.

Anytime I pull away from my parking spot it’s a habit for me to peek and look around my spot real quick to make sure I didn’t drop my wallet or glove or something out of the car. Idk as soon as I take my boots off I chuck them in the trunk, people are retards.

My feet have hurt so bad before I take them off sitting in car and leave em by the door and just relax before I leave, I’ve never forgot them but drove 3 hours once before stopping at a gas station to check
