I’m stupid and need help

So like everytime I need to format or finalize a disc on my old old Panasonic I completely forget how to do it. I did it last time but I can’t remember for the life of me and can’t figure out how. So I need help how to

Never mind I need to finalize it but the camcorders broken or just doesn’t do it anymore for some reason. I think I’ve found a way with a disc reader
