Playful yes, soft no. They are pretty stiff skis with lots of rocker. Takes a lot to butter them but they also pop you out of butters like no other ski.

they aren’t going to feel like your blends, you’ve gotta put some more muscle into them for butters and nollies but it’s super worth it because of all the pop and all the other atrbutes of a stiffer ski

Also they're definitely not super stiff either. All mountain performance isn't quite where'd I'd like it, even with the extra stiffness I got in my custom. But for park, with the exception of big jump landings, they're great.

If you're concerned about them being too stiff, maybe get a different ski? ON3Ps are not noodles. I have several different pairs of ON3Ps, but my park skis are blends. It seems insane to me that someone would drop the cash on a custom ski and not know exactly what they're getting and why.

The blend isn't full cambered. From experience with blends they have flex points in the tip and tail of the ski. Some people like myself don't like this because of the super soft feel and are prone to have possible delaminations in that flex zone. I prefer a stiffer medium flex like my jeffrey 108s since I can control my butters/manuals easier just because I'm a big dude.

On3ps I'd say have a more consistent flex throughout the ski along with their sidewall construction just makes for a durable combination. The flex is something to get used to, but when you have such a large rocker profile it's very easy to get over and pivot around.

Not recommended. If anything the 181 will be a better length just because they measure true to size. I almost wish mine was just a couple cms shorter. The 186 can feel long on rotations and with the flex it'd be a lot of ski if you were on the 186
