i really like
Eric Clapton version of “knocking on heavens door”
willy nelson version of “have you ever seen the rain”
and the Johnny Cash version of “In my life”
but i think only johnny cash actually did it better then the original song

Both of these. Love me some S&G but these remakes slap.


i think Disturbed won a grammy or whatever for best live performance or some shit when they played that song on Conan lol

Disturbed put the punch and darkness into the song it really needed.


Smith & Meyers does some awesome acoustic covers. London Callling is my favorite of theirs.

Brent Smiths voice is just addiciting to listen to. Shinedowns acoustic stuff sounds better then their originals cause it lets his voice lead more IMO.

yeah definitely not as big of fan of Shinedowns stuff but some of the not as heavy ones are good
