yo so a couple months ago I started having really bad ankle pain caused by my heel lifting out of my fulltilts, it was my bad for getting a size to large. The ankle swells up really bad, and since its the end of the season i havent rested it at all, and ski on it every weekend. Im not worried about any serious problems because there is no pain walking, or doing anything really unless i have the boot on. What happens is when i put the ski boot on, it pushes down on the swelling and all the fucked parts of my ankle and then it swells a lot more. So its gotten progressively worse the last few weeks since i refuse to not ski. The thing is, I got one weekend left at my home mtn, and im driving up to loon next week where i wanna throw down, but now i can barely stay out for more than like 5 runs before needing to take my boot off. I need this thing to get better asap. Any ideas? I ice everyday and am contemplating trying to get a doctor to drain it but i honestly have no clue.
