Replying to 50/50 Park All Mountain Ski
Hey guys,
I'm 23yo, 5'10, 175lbs, and a level 3 skier (been skiing since I was very little). I ski on the west coast at places like Mammoth or Squaw. I'm looking to get into the park after skiing groomers and steep stuff with my family for so long. I can hit 180s and sometimes 360s (if I'm feeling sendy), but I want to get much better. I'm looking for a twin tip ski that I could use 50/50 all-mountain and park so I can still cruise with my family on groomers when I want to. I don't care about hitting huuuuge jumps just yet but I want a ski that can hit rails/boxes (I know this will mess up the edges as time goes on but I'm not very good at boxes/rails anyways) as well as small to medium-sized kickers. A ski that is not too difficult to butter on would be nice too. I've been looking at skis like BC 100, K2 Poacher, and ARV 96, so if anyone has any input on them or any other skis that would work even better, that would be very helpful. I could be asking for too much, but any advice helps. The other pair of skis I have are the Kastle MX88 so if I don't really care about these freestyle skis being super aggressive or fast.
There are some sick deals out there right now on the BC 100 and ARV 96 which is definitely a positive. The K2 Poachers are a bit harder to find it seems.
