I was in Vermont probably 10-11 years ago and there was a beautiful stone cottage from the 1790s or something on a couple acres of rolling hills, quintessential dairy country, for sale at $189K I seriously considered moving across the country and buying some cows.

doomquasarVermont real estate is such a danger to me. I’ve window-shopped enough VT houses on Zillow that they send me emails now and over the last year I’ve seen the projected prices of every county going up by 6-9% 😩😩😩
freestyler540Did the small town of Montgomery blow up? I stayed there a few days in 2010. Such a cool little town at the base of Jay Peak. Big ups to the ski shop owner stay in the loft for cheap... then gave me lift tickets.
