Less fiberglass means ski is softer (I think)

Got it on a pair of mags 3 years ago, it was for sure much softer than the regular one, (I had regular mags beforehand). Was more fun to swerve around on and do smaller presses and what not but it made me realize that I prefer a more solid ski.
