Had to make some adjustments to my Full Tilt FC10. Changed the cant insert and now the plate won’t go back together correctly. I took the entire cuff apart to see if there was anything else going on but there wasn’t. The right boot went together correctly but the left won’t.

Left boot. Plate sits on raised part of upper cuff.

This happened to me when I dyed mine. I had to try 5 or 6 different times, I found that taking the forward lean wedge out when putting it back together helped, once I had the cant plates on correctly I just shoved the wedge back I.

Would it have to do anything with the other side of the boot? Still not sure what the other side does.

Yeah it just looks like that because there’s a little bit of plastic left over from manufacturing. But that’s the boot that goes back together correct.
tomPietrowskiOh sorry yeah see that now. So the one you cant get together, if you take the screw out of the cap and place it in the cuff do the holes line up?
So did that part fit before? Obviously its position in the cuff is not changing. You are only changing the position of the cuff on the lower shell so adjusting it should in no way change where that part sits in the cuff

Yes it fit before I just changed the cant insert from whatever comes in them stock to the 3 and now it doesn’t. Not sure what is causing it to not go
back together right because the other one does just fine.

So I took it apart and looked and with the #3 cant insert in and the upper cuff apart it is impossible to get the cant plate to line up in the middle of the hole to go back together properly. Not sure why it does on one boot and not the other.
