Anyone else have trouble staying chill in the park?

I have this problem, especially lately, where I’m way too intense in the park. Like if I mess up a rail, I will say “fuck” and put my hands over my head as if I just ruined my winning run in the X Games. It’s super annoying and embarrassing. I really gotta stop doing that. Then I get way too down and myself and kill the vibe. And I’m definitely the type of guy who skis 1 million times better when I’m feeling the vibe.

I cant be the only one here

man I just don't care. like falling off a rail half way throw no one looks at you like your bad no one really cares just do ur own thing the only time to be embarrassed is if you have a really bad fall and most the time people just ask if your ok endless they are dicks. like even if you don't think your really good Who do you need to prove your self to
