Help me find a specific book about the decline/evolution of the ski town

There was a thread here a few months ago, where we were talking about the evolution/decline of the ski town, someone mentioned a book that a dude had written. I have now lost the piece of paper that had it written on it, anyone have the title, or even know what I’m talking about?

The book deep is a pretty good read on skiing around the world
