AT binding width?

Help with AT binding width please. I am wondering if a size 120 binding width would work for a 102 width ski?
Specifications: Dynafit ST 12 binding (size 120) on a G3 Findr 102.

It’d be really wide for your skis and you have a high chance of snagging it on the ground when skiing, especially if you happen to go backwards (switch). It’ll work but you have a higher chance of breaking them.
