Still blows my mind the fact that he can triple cork while grabbing spliff/mutepan (mute and japan). Also I can't comprehend how you can tweak an uncrossed mute so hard that your other ski pops off.
i wonder if he could even tell at the time. he didn't flail his boot or anything so maybe he only discovered the problem upon landing. slow-mo makes it seem like a age but in reality that happened so fast. pretty lucky to not hurt his knee when his boot touched down. true boss move all around!
Did they score it? Yes. Everyone that leaves the start gate gets a score.
Did they score it well? No. Your equipment is an integral part of you as an athlete. If you lose your gear there was obviously an issue with your trick.
Here's his run breakdown. I'm going to guess that this was Run 3. Judges came up with 30 across the board and that's basically the lowest you're going to see an athlete score if they don't put it to their feet.
