Stupid question but need some advice...

Hello everyone...I'm in the market for a new helmet and pair of goggles. I wore my goggles under my helmet the past couple seasons and it was probably the most uncomfortable thing I've ever done (I'm blaming the helmet), so I'm glad it's finally time for a new setup, and I'm hoping to get a good combo that looks good and is still pretty comfy. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Pret cirque x protect ur nogin it’s worth it get it in black mine hasn’t cracked and I hit my head all the time.

Basic and expensive but the poc fornix is nice. Remove the earpads and it's comfortable with goggles and can fit a beanie underneath if that's how you ride

I use a sanbox helmet and it's super comfy and doesn't leave a gorbie gap

As for goggles I use Oakley aiwave with recon snow 2 and dragons and both are amazing

Giro makes my favorite helmet by far, check out the Jackson or Ledge. Match that up with some smith squad xls or oakley line miners and its a perfect fit for me

I second the Jackson. However helmets aren’t one size fits all, some have different shapes (like ski boots). If you can, go to a shop to try a few on to see which few the best

Smith maze will go well with any smith goggle and most googles are comfy underneath

I second the ledge, also if you wear lots of stuff under your helmet like a beanie or your goggles you might want to size up to increase comfortability (as long as it still fits).

Giro ledge is my favorite you can get it with mips too. The ear flaps come off and if you position the plastic from your goggle strap so it’s not pressing on the back of your skull, it should fit fine. My dragon pxv’s and anon mig’s don’t hurt my head as long as the plastic is in the right place.

Giro ledge or smith maze are the go tos for park skiers looking to go under. For goggles It’s best to go to a shop and try some on. Smith, dragon, anon, Oakley, the list goes on it doesn’t matter as long as the fit, price, and features tickle your fancy

I have and love the smith holt. I’ve worn it with Smith I/Ox and Squad XL goggles. Both fit well. If I were to upgrade, I’d go for the Giro Jackson. But like everyone says, helmets fit heads differently.

Unless you are real dope at skiing goggles over probably won’t mess up your style as long as you wear them backwards.

Smith quantum and I/o mag. Great vent control, comfort and safety. Goggles have great anti fog and super easy to change lense, ear pads hold those speaker thingies and can be removed.
Aso have a pret cirque x basically same.

Smith code if you don’t like the visor type, used to have it’s a great helmet.
Sweet protection grimnir for ultimate safety-will be buying when it goes on sale
