Lib Tech Backwards 2021 skis

Has anyone tried or heard about the new Lib Tech Backwards skis for 2021? Supposedly they have been redesigned and have thicker edges now so I am wondering how they will hold up. I have delaminated multiple skis out here on the ice coast, so durability is my main concern.

If you want thick edges just go with On3p there edges are hella thick

My new Lib Tech snowboard is beast as FUCK. Interested in something like this my park skis are 191cm. (Skny icelantics)

I have the 2020 Backwards and love them. I would say they aren’t as durable as ON3Ps but for the price they are pretty darn good. I’m on the East coast as well and they seem to be holding up pretty decent for me.

At this point yeah it’s between on3p and lib tech but the price is the big difference. Thinking I’ll just throw the extra 200 and it’s true on3p last forever..

No ski will last "forever" but ON3P have a good reputation for sure.

How aggressive of a skier would you say you are? Do you do rails and jumps? Do you ski a lot of days in a year?

I thought about the backwards. Then was really sold on the ufo 95. Then ended up getting Wreckreate 102. Lib tech make slid stuff.

I would say I’m a fairly aggressive skier. I don’t do urban much at all so mostly I’m in a resort where I don’t have to worry about the lips being all fucked up (not smashing edges against rails). I will say the one thing I do dislike about them is that they are like noodles when going high speed so I tend to use them for more rails/smaller jumps and let my volkl revolts take the bigger hits.
