K2 Disruption 78C Skis & Marker M3 11 Compact Bindings 177cm

ZSKI99Does anyone have experience with these skis or something similar? I'm 5'11, 165lbs, and purchased these as a carving/all-mountain ski. Is a 78mm waist wide enough to handle most terrain?

I’d say 85-95 underfoot is better but still great skis and are probably super fun on hard pack and groomer but def not meant for pow or tree skiing

I just picked up the 74mm MTI! looks good

but my use is frontside only, and for hard/icy conditions.



78mm disruptions are going to be punishing for all over use, 82mm version would be a better better if you dont have many skis or plan to have many.



so for carving on frontside, yes! definetly , moguls and tree all mountain use? meeh.

Ok, thanks. I'll mostly be riding groomed hills and doing some park jumps in the city, and only dip into the trees once in a while when I go to the mountains so it should be alright then.
