you can sell it on ebay. here you might not find too many people willing to buy. Most people got a pirated version and those who are willing to buy it probably already have it since CS was released about a year ago.

you can try your luck on ebay but if it was opened it might be hard to convince people that you dont have a copy on your computer with the same serial number.
