Yep same here. Been happening for a bit. The ads block the bar but if you refresh the page you can access it temporarily before the ad swallows it whole again. Maybe this is intentional like those annoying ads that cover an entire page for a few seconds but there's no X to take it away. I use mobile browser btw.

Yes that mask add pops up in front of the notification things right when i go to click on it, nice mask though
