this is a big claim but i'll share anyways cuz it's somewhat relevant. glen plake slept on my couch for two days while he was in town for the outdoor retailer trade show. he's the fucking man. i was (selfishly, because good for him) bummed to learn he was clean+sober because I really wanted to party with him.

yeah he was awesome, took us out to breakfast both mornings. he was super long time family friends with my former roommate's parents growing up in tahoe and preferred our couch to a hotel. great guy!

I ran into tj at the frisco walmart.

i told him i was star struck to actually meet him.

Hes not as tall as i thought tho. I think he was like 5’9” i thought he was 6’1”

ahmet i also ran into at that walmart. Hes not that tall either. Probably 5’8”

As for me id hang out with liam downey because bates is a good college afaik and corey vanular.

delorme would be cool to meet too.

i dont want to meet schlopy because we would fall into war stories and both relapse.

it wouldve been fun to try to keep up with him in his full burn days tho.

Partied with the norwegian squad (including trainers etc) at this year's WC stop in Italy after the finals.
God dammit the Johanne Killi family is a fun bunch and know how to end a week of comp lol
It ended with a huge snowball fight between coaches, athlets, volunteers and judges.
Also at an IF3 we partied with Teddy Berr and JF Houle.
Would love to smash some beers with Parker White and talk about mullets
