JibbaTheHutthi had a kid come in with a pair of those wanting to get them mounted, i asked him how long he had been skiing moguls and he literally had no idea, he had just bought them because he liked the graphic and they were cheap. Needless to say we managed to convince him onto something else.

If you hate moguls, you probably don't have good fundamentals or actual big mountain skill.

BLandzDon’t worry Dolan I agree because Mogul skis should be at least 100 waist so you can wheelie and plow right through the moguls. Those stupid mogul skiers have been turning for years fucking retards its a race just don’t be a pussy and plow straight down the course youd win every time.

eheathMogul skis are just narrow, if its groomed/packed theyre just fine, hell I skied mogul skis in alot of conditions (comes with mogul training every weekend) Id always bring another pair of skis up to the mountain, but unless it was dumping snow or I was gonna ski rails, I just ripped my mogul skis.

anders_aI can do.... well a lot of pounds in legpress (been hitting gym for years + skiiing and I'm 215-220lbs) but.. thoose good mogul guys and racing alpine guys.. damn, makes me feel like a petite skinny guy when they hit the leg excercises. I have a buddy that asks me to sit on the leg sled as he cannot get enough weights at the gym. At least my weight can be used then.
anders_afor competiton you of course only goto 90, but I found that dropping way down, with a lighter load so you dont damage anything, has helped me get out of some pretty interesting ass on skis and way on your heels situations.
I will try 20 reps for next seasn, I've been at 10-12 always.
