Maybe this doesn't happen to you but I've been trying to learn 360's and fuck it sucks if I stall at 180. Yeah yeah yeah I know what I'm doing wrong. Read all the tips, etc etc. Working on it and improving but it still happened. Anyway, It's not really the initial fall that sucks its the damn whiplash that I gotta deal with for the next week.
So is there any good way to fall if you find yourself about to wipe out backwards?
Any other tips?
