I mean that could really happen to anyone if you fall head first in deep enough snow.

Couple things: skier #2 looked like he partially reburied her as he was trying to pull her out. Can't blame tho cuz would probably do the same thing.

Really digging my deploy shovel after watching this guy fumble trying to assemble his shovel.

I've had similar things happen where I end up feet first up and can't touch the ground in deep pow but I've always been able to self right by flailing my legs around. It's spooky when it happens though for sure.
