skidemon22That’s a failure of the binding’s plastic, not a failure of the mount. If it’s a new binding they should be able to warranty you a new one. How did you fall? Had you adjusted the DIN or foward pressure beyond what the shop had set them at? That plastic is pretty strong and I’ve never seen a griffin fail like this

skidemon22Not to my knowledge. The heel piece breaking could just be degradation of the plastic, though manufactures use pretty good composite plastics. Have they been stored outside or in a shed or garage during the summers? Near either moisture or direct sunlight?
its odd that the heel track broke and then the toe piece ripped out
