nuno81291Epic start of the day with a foot plus of pow on the last day of my trip in Austria. A couple nice laps in and start getting playful, do a handful of nose butters and on one I felt the tell tale pop. Knew it was blown before I hit the ground. Luckily with my wife and took over an hour to limp on one ski down to a lift to download. Don’t have insurance over here and know that sled rides are $$$. Limped my way back to the hotel and time to start reading about blown knees and find a doctor back home in the states. Bummer! Hope everyone had/has a better day out there! /sadrant

Also I can't help but ask, what's the reasoning behind no insurance? Coming from the states, surely you'd know all too well how crucial it is
oldmanskiAmerican insurance is not recognized in other countries. Im sure OP has insurance but just not travel insurance which you need to pay extra for if you want coverage while traveling.

The simple answer is you need to Detox. Regeneration of tissue cant take place without the proper clean alkaline environment in your knee.
Do this. Eat a Fruit Based Raw food only diet. Consume herbal medicine like Bladderwrack, Irish Sea Moss, Marshmallow Root, Horsetail, Dandelion, ginger, Burdock, Yellowdock, Saw Palmetto. They should be available at your local apothecary. And theyre cheap too comparatively to Pharmaceuticals and surgeries.
Most importantly, once you've been on a Raw diet for a month with Herbs preferably, Dry Fast. 36-40hrs is best. Autophagy (white blood cells eating and cleaning dead cells ((like your ACL)) and purging them out via your lymph system to your Kidneys ((you'll pie out what looks like white sand.)) Fasting is the best way for the body to heal and clean itself.
Research Dr. Robert Morse. Dr. Sebi. & John Rose on Youtube. Dr. Morse has multiple Lectures on Regenerating and Healing ACLs. and like he says, the difference between healing your ACL and not Healing your ACL is whether or not youre filtering in your urine (that white sediment i mentioned you'll find in your piss when you dry fast 24hrs+)
