How long does the BDog edgeless last?

Since there is no edge on those bad boys, how long will it be before the base gets worn down from rails until there is none left? I ask because on skis I have that have lost edge, the biggest problem is the base eventually wearing away and exposing the section where the sidewall meets the core. Once that section gets exposed the ski is usually toast, so how soon would this happen on a ski where the base is gonna wear down from day one?

Also curious to how long they’ll “last” as the skis I’ve had to retire have either delamed too bad from the tips and tails or delamed bad underfoot, or of course lost so much edge it is impossible to move on the ski. With the bdog edgeless, none of this is an issue and you just have to worry about the edge getting worn down.

Bump. Do you rail rats out there see the base wearing away so the bottom of the sidewall is exposed or nah? This happens to all of my skis once the edges are gone.

I've skied mine since october in a park with a rope tow and they are still going strong.
