Returning an item to EVO without original tags/packaging

I'm thinking about returning a jacket I got from EVO a few months ago, but I dont have the og tags and packing for it. Has anyone had luck with returning something without this stuff or no? I know their website says u need it but wasnt sure if it was a loose policy or not.

Give them a call. Maybe so maybe not but they're pretty cool and if they can do anything for ya they generally are down to help.

make sure you keep any stickers that came with that jacket though chief

they will want original packaging but call them first, they are flexible. I returned some boots i skied street in, they didn't need the box, they even put the price towards another pair of boots. Call em, they are good people..... usually
