For me it’s being stuck in a tight gap within a caving system. Then your light goes out.

wasting ones “life” whether voluntarily or through circumstance big fear

seriously tho, my previous was my top fear , thoughts of it intrude into my life daily multiple times and it’s troubling , but equally so I gotta go with oldmanski, anything happening to my kids, huge fear
that n the sauna yesterday I was talking with a guy I’ve known for many years only to find out his son was murdered 20years ago when The boy was 15! Like fuck! Idk how he goes on.... so good vibes for him and anyone that needs them period, world is so sad sometimes

Flipped a canoe in 40 degree water with steal toes, insulated jacket, and thick canvas work pants in the middle of the night. Other guys who flipped weren't good swimmers. They got the flotation pads. I didn't. Swimming with an extra 40 pounds of weight isn't very easy.

Definitely a sobering experience. 2 out of the 3 canoes flipped. If the third one flipped as well it would have been bad news for a few of the people. The last canoe upright was able to drag the swimmers into shore. Inexperience led to the to flipped canoes quickly becoming submerged. After doing some surfing on like superior I'm used to cold water but I still have never experienced a shock like that in my life. I got flipped upside down when I went in and it was very disorienting. Especially in the dark.

It was a terrible feeling to try to float on my back or tred water but not be able to due to the weight of the clothing and gear I had on. My stomach just dropped.

The only thing I fear is the inevitable suppression and complete removal of personal freedom. Getting attacked by a shark or falling into a huge crevasse.

i literally didnt have fun surfing with my friend in santa barbera bc i was just looking all around for signs of a shark fin. Surfers who
surf near seal colonies where great whites or tiger sharks are common have almost as big balls as free solo rock climbers in my opinion.

im sticking to soft snow thank you very much.

TnskiDont know if it's a fear but just a situation I hate being in and that's driving on the highway at night during a blizzard with no cars around or street lights. I start getting this kinda cross eyed vertigo thing going on from seeing nothing but snowflakes going in all directions and honestly cant tell if I'm about to drive off the road or what.


I would be scared of that too but i find driving in a blizzard fun as fuck.
