Got a pair of dalbellos and feel as if my calf is hitting the back of my boot too much, any ideas on how to reduce cuff size. I know part of this might be me leaving back but any ideas will be useful
If you have the Kryptons or Il Moros, you can lower the spoiler in the top back of the cuff, but I believe it comes out the box in the lower setting already. If you want to take it a step further, you can remove the spoiler altogether. At this point you may find yourself in a more upright stance than before, as the spoiler's job is to take up volume, create forward lean and increase cuff height in the back. Changes you make to a boot usually means something else will change as well.
