360 help being more confident

I have been practicing 360s and have become comfortable off of tiny jumps and such but am hoping to step it up into longer rotations over larger jumps and i was wondering if there's any technique I could use. I am also interested in being able to throw 3s more casually and without so much hesitation and anxiety. Of course its just practice and just sending it but I would love some advise.

Mostly just send it, but absolutely make sure you can feel you shins on the front of your boots and pop on the takeoff. Otherwise you will land backseat and punch your ticket to shinbang city.

Like RedRobin said, you need to keeo your shins in the front of your boots going off the lip, keeping your weight pressed through the front of your boots will keep you from getting too back seat which is pretty common when spinning off jumps for the first time.

Honestly just find a jump you want to hit, take some advil, and hike it until you've got it a few times. That's how I learned. Once you can do it there I'm sure you'll feel confident enough to start tossin em out all over the place.

Honestly the only way to know what you need to work on is if you just go out and huck it. I know when I started floating 3s more I tended to spot the landing too early and it would throw me off axis, so keep your head up.

For me it’s easier if I go on bigger jumps

Pop then spin. And don’t get lazy with the pop cause that’s what’ll getchya

Same. I think its easier since you have time to "control" the spin vs pop and hope for the best.

try to pull your legs into your jest a bit. it will help keep stable and allow for in-air corrections if needed. happy sending!

For me it’s about more air , less spin rate which lets me control and spot
pull those knees up and twist them in the direction your spinning , don’t just use your arms
