Ran 10 miles today and with my quads still sore from my last run and leg presses and I’m fucked skiing tomorrow will be tough. If Weds is pow they won’t be healed for it. Oh well.

What? You still work out in the ski season! That’s gnarly. Normally my body is so fucked after a day at the resort I just chill in the spa, drink chocolate milk and eat steak to recover.

Lost weight when I was out west and didn’t work out at all.
This trip is gonna be cracked out the chick we met a week ago in Stowe had sewage leak from her ceiling into her room and was given a big ass condo by the landlord for free so here we come.....
It’s honestly a sign that God loves me more than Vail Corp and wants me to ski more before they black out my pass for not showing up to work.

Years of volleyball/tennis/skiing has given me quads that almost have their own gravitational pull. Now I gym 6/7 days a week so that they will have their own gravitational pull someday.
I was also voted best ass in 7th grade in case anyone wanted to know.
OP I'd put my money on @connecticunt having better quads sight unseen. Also what is up with that picture is it totally distorted or do your legs really bend that way?
