Bolton Valley night skiing Vermont

I work at Stowe and live about 40 minutes from Bolton. I’ve never skied at Bolton and was wondering how it is, if it’s worth getting a night skiing season pass, and if their park is lit up? Or if there’s any other close by VT night skiing areas that are better. Looking to go after work on days I can’t fit in some runs. Let me know what you guys think, thanks

Bolton is extremely under rated. Their park is under the lights. I’ve been thinking about getting a night pass, I normally go once a week in the heart of the season.

yeah i haven't been at night but yeah bolton is sick and very underrated

got a free lift ticket there for becoming a member of "Friends of Tuckerman Ravine". stoked to check it out sometime this season. I've heard good things

Agreed with everyone here, Bolton is dope and very underrated (for night skiing).

They just upgraded the lights this year though I haven't had a chance to check it out yet.

Park is ok but mostly just small rails. Later in the season they have a double chair under the lights that services their main terrain park. Not the flashiest or newest features but still fun.

For the sake of the drive, always worth making sure the Vista quad is running for night skiing. Otherwise you're only skiing a very small portion of easy terrain serviced by slow double chairs.

Bring a headlamp, a flask, and/or your preferred smoking device and you'll have a great time. The bar in the base lodge also has pretty solid pizza and a local drunk vibe.
