Just bought used skins and they work great except when I take the skins off, the glue really sticks to my bases and I can't slide on snow at all. I had to run wax on twice on the way down, it sucked. Anyone got a remedy?

Super common with old skins. You can try to iron them but they may just need a reglue

Like just take a wax iron to the glue?

Yeah, put some paper grocery bag or parchment paper between the iron and the glue and just get 'er hot. If that doesn't work you'll need to reglue.
