I’m starting to have to put the heat on when I start my car in the morning. I’m starting to wear some of my winter clothes again. I’m Getting those vivid skiing dreams every damn night. I’m watching every calendar day pass as it climbs closer and closer to opening day. I’m starting to play those songs again that give me mid-winter vibes. I’m starting to look at the forecast a little more and seeing how low the lows are supposed to get. I’m starting to see some leaves come off the trees, knowing they won’t be back for a while. I’m starting to count down how many days til open.

I’m subconsciously easing back into that melancholic cycle we like to call ski season

thanks skiing, you’ve taken over my mind completely.

Enough with the bullshitting: who else is fucken stoked.

That was crazy today. I think there was over 100 accidents in the Denver area. It was nice to stand out in it for a few min per tradition.

Fractured C4, T1 & T2 vertebrate.
I'm all good. No deficits which means I never lost any movement or feeling etc. So pretty lucky.
Nasty fractures though, and not out of the woods yet as I have another consultation next week to determine whether my C4 needs fusing to my C5.

Praying to god I don't need surgery.
