in my mind if its a former lover, or a current partner, and they're not in the mood, saying "oh come on lets fuck" a couple times is definitely not rape.


if you brought someone new home from the bar and they are in bed saying they dont want to have sex but someone is going "come on lets fuck!" over and over kind of aggressively, that seems kind of wrong, but i wouldnt go as far as saying its rape. if the partner eventually succumbs and decides to have sex, it was their decision to engage sexually... wouldnt that make them a consenting partner...?

in brief, being Desperate to have sex and projecting That onto your partner IS definitely pressuring and Could definitely come off as Rapey, Coercing, etc.

I think it's worth noting that pressuring someone over and over and over again to the point where she/he literally gives up mentally and "lets it happen", is very similar to a someone physically pushing you off them and not being able to and thus giving up. i think its easy to have this mindset in my current position, but if the said aggresor was someone close to you, whose opinion you valued. Id imagine the mindset in this case be similar to battered wife syndrome.
drugs and lack of positive relationship experiences probably drive vulnerable people to making these hasty positions, so while verbally pressuring them is not be rape, it may in some cases be preying on the vulnerable which is despicable

Here's a scenario;

You bring a chick home from the bar, intentions are not clear. She's a lil flirty and touchy and you decide to make ur move, youre already in the bedroom. You are also into some kinky shit. She excuses herself to use the commode, and while she has left the room you shed your clothes and tie urself up into one of those crazy BDSM contraptions. You lock urself up with different combination and padlocks and toss the keys on the ground. You are now suspended off the ground with NO WAY to get out and a rock hard cock.

She enters the room and is shocked, you can tell on her face she is not at all into this. You hit hit her with the classic "punish me baby." Quick no. "Come on let's do this." No way.
