Best boot for high instep?
Anyone have experience with a good boot for high instep?
Just get a nice footbed after as long as you don't get full tilts
Yup, got fitted into dalbello lupos for that issue myself (also the narrower heel pocket) as my new inbounds and out boot. Rode it all last season and am stoked that I finally had a boot that didn't cause any headaches.
Previously was in some tecnicas which also have a nice high instep but the heel pocket was never that tight for my skinny heels and I lost a couple toenails.
None of the add-ons (footbeds, eliminators, heel wedges, etc.) made the other boots I've worn over the years work, despite the shop dudes' efforts.
