Newschoolers starts a ski shop(roleplay)

Claim your positions, since I'm this starting this bad boy I just took out a 2nd mortgage on the house ill have in 10 years, giving us 1 million dollars to start with. My interest is 3.5% so we need to be making at least that much a year. As ownership, I'm looking to hire some great ski techs as well as a digital marketing guy. Perhaps a boot fitter. A few climbing/bike experts will be needed for summer operations

I am also implementing something called the powder day lottery. If there is a bona fide powder day happening, there will be a lottery in which all employees may enter the day before in exchange for adding an extra shift for the week. If you win the lottery, you get the day off. If you dont win, you work an extra shift anyway.

Recommendations and improvements welcome.

I just sorta vibe around all day wearing the shops best gear. Riders will see how chill i am and want the same for themselves. I don't work Weekends, Mondays, Fridays or any holidays or any time it snows.

Much like my current gear, I havent decided if the gear on the newschool side of the shop will be I'm a good skier and I wear dark sinister gear so I'm intimidating as well, or total friendly awesome happy vibes. Which side would you lean towards on that scale?

My personality is definitely more happy vibes, I just love dark sinister looking gear. Hopefully next year when I have my dark side of the moon topsheet I'll have found enough dark but also color to make myself happy.

I would hope that everyone understands these items at some point in life, the sooner the better of course but get started. I wish I wouldve bought my first house when I was in my early 20's. Once you buy a house, you can buy get whatever you want. FYI

Coupling this with groundskeeper duties for the wintertime setup. You get a
25 cent tip everytime someone lands a lip blind two, but the rail must be at least a double kink.

Listen I know there's a lot of people here claiming to be "down with the herb", but I can certainly assure you I would be the one to show up most high. The pure skunk stench from my clothes alone will deter most jerries. I've also skied like 3-4 boots in my carreer and would be more than certified to be the shops non certified "boot fitter". You've got terrible feet issues and want a performance fit? Easy!

No Jerry deterrents of any kind please. Their money is as good as any.
