I'm not talking about carb content or nutritional profile. A potato is a tuber, an ear of corn is a grain head like wheat or barley.

It's all good, I like corn. I'm not going to get into botanical differences between fruits, vegetables, and grains just as I'm not going to go into details about why a strawberry is not a berry and yet a watermelon is in the fruit thread.

Throw an ear on the grill for me and we should all eat our real vegetables like kale and rhubarb!
