That looks like denim, but you can get real gore-tex parkas really cheap as surplus, which are good ski jackets ($150 or less). Now I know for sure that the newer ones have short and regular parka options (digicam and multicam) but the older ones (woodland) might not/ be hard to find. These should all just be called something like US army ecwcs parka. gen I is what your looking for with gen II and III being digicam and multicam respectively.

Just search on surplus sites or ebay.

Literally nearly any thrift store in the US will have goretex in whatever camo you'd like. People leave the service and think the camo's super dorky so they offload their shit all the time.
