trail running down a steep fucking hill with rocks and trying not to trip is honestly so fun and gets ur reflexes on point

Trail Running, Hiking/Scrambling up peaks, of course biking, even working outside doing like landscaping or on a golf course or something like that that still allows you to get out on your off time or after work is great too with the light that lasts so long. Work all day outside, go bike or something after, go do that on your days off, and you'll definitely carve away the dadbod

Two things to look at.

Increase your strength: biking, running, lifting weights etc.

Increase your balance: skating , rollerblades, slack line; surfing etc.

Not the best but I was forced to take diving when I was in middle school and it’s a good introduction into air awareness. Having a trampoline is also a good way to get really confident with jump tricks too. And I can’t forget skateboarding too. One of the best ways to learn lines.

I really find it funny how much NS loves skateboarding more than aggressive inline, or thinks it's somehow more analogous to skiing.

Even more interesing is the fact that a lot of aggressive skaters I've interacted with snowboard instead of ski. Weird.
