Hi everyone, i am 13 years old and currently wanting to join the comp circuit next season. I can do rodeo 5,7, cork 7,9 all underflips unnat, 2p4 and super feds. I need to take my skiing to the next level if i want to compete against the cream of the crop at juniors next year.
would dieting help? im currently 5'4" and eating mainly what my parents feed me but ppl say i need to get down to 7% body fat so i can spin doubles and get sponsored by volkl so i can be on their am team.
this doctor named sebi and tells me to eat fruits and veggies and cut off meat while im training for doubles. will this help? anyone tried it? i need some fast advice so i can prepare for next winter
