As a doom metalhead, sleep is one of my main priorities. But waking up always sucks. Its always too fucking cold and you feel like shit.
i usually wake up earlier, which is understandable why I would feel like shit. But on weekends i get more than enough hours of sleep, and still feel like shit.
anyone got any tips on making waking up less shitty?

I wish waking up was easier
Find your number and stick to it religiously. Mine is somewhere between 7 and 8 hours. Any more than that and I feel like death. Usually over sleeping messes with me more than under sleeping.
try smoking a "cig" b4 going to bed
Balance your PH level by eating more fruits before bed.
Have nicotine waiting for you once you wake up

Spend more energy. You have to spend some to get some. Teenage years will do that to ya. I thought I was a night owl, but to my surprise, when I turned 22 I was a morning bird.

If you're a rational person with a soul you're never down with that kinda shit. Think what you're drawing in to your life . Saw that you are Slavic too ??. I am as well. Lots of people from our culture(s) don't believe in anything of an "unseen world" but that doesn't mean it can't hurt you or that it hasn't been used to hurt others .
Outside of that don't eat late at night don't go to bed within 2/3 hrs of eating
