The best music app when you have no service

GUYS
Bout to move back to the sticks, with absolutely no service for 50 miles ... did that this summer with Apple Music and it suuuuucks, I had all of the music actually downloaded onto my phone and it got undownloaded (if that’s a word).... anybody know of a good app that’s not going to delete my music when I move?

I’ve had amazon music, google play music, Apple Music, Spotify and soundcloud go+. The only one that doesn’t act glitchy when I had no service is SoundCloud, but it is the most expensive at $13 a month.
