after being kicked out of my parents house (long story there, will save for another AMA), I had to quickly learn the culinary skills required to sustain a human being. It wasn't easy but i'm proud to represent my first gourmet meal that i've cooked up. I like to call it the porc a la carte. Currently submitting it for a michelin star review.
Ingredients:
- Fresh premium PORK Loin (straight from the chop house)
- small premo russet potatoes
- Green beans (PROTIP: do not season them, they taste best boiled)
- Thyme, herbs and garlic.
Total Cost: $5.59 - Trying to watch my weight here so I might have only one more plate of this after i'm done (gettting close to the 10 stones mark)
