Thoughts on Armada edge/ski durability...

I’ve had my ARV’s all season and have really only done rails cuz I’m not much of a jump person, no cracks, nice detune, my favorite skis. Also no delam just clearcoat scratches

Went through 2 pairs of bdogs over the course of two seasons. The durability on them didn't hold a candle to the other sticks I've been on since then. They fall apart easily imo
I’ve hit a ton of rails on my ARVs this season and have no edge cracks or anything, but I am pretty light so the ski doesn’t have to put up with a ton of force. Also have a pair of Al Dentes and they’re still super solid after a couple years riding them

Have you taken them put around the mountain outside the park, if so how do they perform for you?

I dont ski at a very big resort but I have skied some backcountry with them in a little bit of powder and they actually held up pretty well for how skinny they are, able to do some really quick turns through trees and theyve held up great for me at high speed
I have last years ar8s and ill tell you those things are hanging in like a champ for how many rails i hit considering no edge cracks in 3o days where I like to bomb down on rail laps and disaster rails
Been skiing park a lot with the ar8s and i have to say they hold really well. Sure i got a few edge cracks but i've got no edge missing and i do tons of rails (East coast life). From my experience they are really solid skis and I don't see many edge problems on armadas (i work in a repair shop)
my 2018 edollos have completely blown apart in the matter of a season i have metal chunks flying off my ski as a come into features
