Separated my shoulder... advice?!

Took a pretty heavy fall yesterday onto my right arm and managed to strain the ligaments attaching my collarbone to my shoulder blade. Got it checked out and it’s only a stage 1 strain, anyone had any experience with this? If I ski in a couple of days will it mess it up even further?

I've done my AC joint on both shoulders. Stage 1 on the right, stage 3 on the left. Yes, I have a noticeable bump on my left shoulder. Great trick for grossing people out.
The stage 3 happened Thanksgiving week in November, I was back on skis in December before Christmas. Wasn't the smartest decision but I couldn't really fuck it up any further.
I forget how I did the stage 1 but I think it was skiing but it didn't really impact me that much.
If it's stage 1, I'd say go for it and ski if it's not too sore. Play it safe for a little but you should be fine.
