How to 2 onto urban style rails

I can 2 onto rails with little to no lip, however how do I 2 onto higher urban rails?

Throw your 2 with your arms wide at the start (T set), as you begin to rotate your upper body before you pop, look at the end of the rail as you pop, snap your feet/legs around while picking your legs up. Pre-rotating a little helps get it around in the air faster
